The sales team is growing, and we are looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to cover the following territory: Montreal, North Shore, with occasional travel to the Maritimes. The Specification Division is supported by internal marketing, design architects, and R&D engineers capable of customizing samples, presentations, marketing channels, and even tailor-made materials. Reporting to the regional sales manager, the primary role of the Commercial Sales Representative for Quebec is to continue developing clients in the industrial, commercial, and institutional landscaping project sector. The candidate must maintain strong business relationships with all business partners, stay alert to growth opportunities in the assigned territory, and offer clients products that meet their needs. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Bachelor's degree in administration or any related field (relevant experience may be considered); Bilingual (English and French) - English is required to serve our clients in the United States; Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales; Experience working with engineering and architectural firms, municipalities, real estate developers, etc.; Excellent negotiation skills; Ability to manage a complete and rigorous process; Teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills; Autonomy, proactivity, organization, and problem-solving abilities; Good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and customer relationship management (CRM); Valid driver's license and excellent driving record; Availability to travel over 40 to 60% of the time within the assigned territory and to headquarters.
