Lead sales position that is part of a major OEM team responsible for executing on a strategic account plan for profitable growth by leveraging TE Connectivity's full portfolio of products, services, and core competencies. The role also includes supporting several key EMS customers across Europe.
Responsible for sales growth with a Tier 1 customer in the EMEA region. Handle all customer requests, RFQs and others, global and local. Serve as the primary interface between the customer and TE Connectivity. Promote TE's products and solutions to the customer. Work closely with OEM engineering to develop engineered solutions utilizing TE's existing product portfolio and development capabilities. Work closely with OEM procurement teams to negotiate local and global opportunities. Work closely with TE Field Application Engineers and System Architects to ensure they are supporting the global customer as necessary to become the preferred supplier. Serve as a primary Account Management interface for several key Europe EMS customers supporting multiple OEMs across different industry segments. Develop relationships with EMS design centers to drive TE favored design discussions and new business development for DDN portfolio. Develop and maintain relationships at all levels within the customer to position TE as a strategic partner to the customer. Strength in assessment of qualified business opportunities. Maintain a high level of awareness about industry trends and competitive activity within the Digital Data Networks market. Drive sales growth through maximization of resources and execution of market segment strategies. Effectively communicate with all other team members locally and across regions to promote the business needs of the customer.
