Sales Development Representative - High Voltage Cable Accessories
Job Responsibilities
Primary point of contact between a company and its clients, responsible for maintaining strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
Develop and execute the account strategy - in line with customers time to market requirements - to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
Research and evaluation of customer market activities, internal and external data (markets, competition, technologies, trends) to understand how environmental, technical, political, and other business changes will impact customer needs.
Inline with Country Manager to execute business strategies and growth
Develop new sales channels
Liaise with Country Manager, Product Management and Engineering as part of the new product development process providing ideas and customer/application requirements.
Job Requirements
5-7 Years Sales Experiences in High Voltage Cable Accessories Manufacturer, EPC, System Integrator or Distributor
Strong knowledge in High Voltage Jointing & Termination Cable (GIS Sealing End, Outdoor Termination, Underground Joints, Transformer Connectors, Link Box, Etc)
Strong networking with Utility Market (PLN and Subsidiaries) and Industrial Market (Oil & Gas, Mining, Petrochemical, Data Center, Etc)
Understand the tender process in Utility and Industrial Market
Travel Frequently: 50-70% covering Indonesia Area (5 Big Islands)
