Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales & Marketing Support Teams assist with implementing sales/marketing initiatives by providing technical and/or product information support (i.e., data analysis, tracking, etc.). They are also responsible for planning and coordinating promotional programs and other communications initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into actionable insights and analytical solutions.
  • Effectively manage digital projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Manage digital projects by understanding business needs and leveraging existing digital technologies.
  • Design and deliver core and ad-hoc analyses, including first-level interpretations, to generate insights and support decision-making for individuals, business group managers, and division leaders.
  • Proactively identify root causes of KPI changes and update management accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure data quality and with dashboard designers to create meaningful visualizations of business-critical information.
  • Automate manual reporting tasks and dashboard processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Communicate with multiple teams to gather relevant information and provide management-level summaries.
  • Address ad-hoc data requirements from management to support critical decision-making.
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations for the Sales Team.
  • Offer clarifications and support to the technical development team.

Desired Candidate

  • 8+ years of professional experience in either Sales, Analytics, Project Management or similar functions.
  • Experience in Project Management (Waterfall/Agile)
  • Experience in handling large volumes of data, providing insights, spotting anomalies, identifying trends and complex relationships.
  • Exposure to working with Sales KPI's.
  • Experience on translating business questions to insights and analytical solutions
  • Expert level in MS Office
  • Experience on analytical tools like Tableau/Power BI/WebI are preferred
  • Working knowledge of the AI related tools is an added advantage
  • Knowledgeable of Sales data and processes
  • Experience in Automotive Industry
  • Proficiency in English. German is an advantage
  • Proactivity and used to work independently
