The Sales Development Rep-2 (SDR-2) is responsible for executing on initial steps associated with the sales process. After successful completion of an extensive 10-week hands on training that includes online learning, business role plays and real time sales scenarios, the SDR will:

Educational & Experience Requirements:
Salary: $60,000 base salary + $5,000 cost of labor adjustment + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses (quarterly and annually). Once promoted to an Account Manager, you will be eligible for monthly car and cell phone allowance.
10-week training compensation: $22.75/Hr. and eligible for overtime at $34.12/Hr.
