Responsible for Teleflex products portfolio as well as the execution of Argentina and LATAM regional sales initiatives and promotion. Assist in the execution of the development and growth of the new and current direct accounts in Argentina, reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
• Execute sales and promotional activities to achieve commercial annual goals • Promote and develop share in all assigned accounts. • Direct Hospital accounts – sales, administrative, and promotional activities with all areas: Purchase area, Warehouse, Clinical areas. • Develop with KOL for clinical support on surgical priority products. • Execute local and regional marketing strategies: new products, commercial meetings attendance, promotional campaigns, and support with updated market information and reports as needed. • CRM management of leads, sales opportunities and pricing (CRM quote pricing system). • Build strong relationships with clinicians and hospital dynamic to understand and identify opportunities and ways to reach sales targets. • Understanding of competitors as well as the main products that compete with Teleflex products.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or from other business/marketing areas with proven experience promoting medical devices. Clinical background is highly desired. • Experience providing technical assistance in operating rooms • 3-5 years of sales experience working in healthcare medical device companies.
• Documented sales experience within medical device products required • Knowledge on surgical procedures • Experience working with Health Care professionals. • Good interpersonal/customer relations skills; good verbal and written communications; ability to execute strategic plans. • Organized and experience in sales administrative function. • Product training and standardization experience preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Basic proficiency in CRM/SalesForce, MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
