✨ About The Role

- Lead a team of remote Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) covering the Mid-Market and Enterprise regions - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Demand, and Channel teams to build pipeline in designated regions - Conduct weekly reporting and forecasting on Activity, Effectiveness, and Impact metrics - Provide coaching, training, and enablement sessions for SDRs to prepare them for success in their roles - Test, analyze, and fine-tune persona and value-based messaging with SDRs to drive engagement and results

- Experienced in Sales Development with a track record of consistent team achievement and pipeline building in a fast-growing Enterprise SaaS company - Proficient in managing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and enabling them to succeed in their roles - Skilled in using SDR Tech Stack tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LI Sales Navigator, 6sense, and others to drive results - Strong coaching abilities to assess individual needs of SDRs and implement plans to improve messaging and strategy - Self-motivated, proactive, and independent thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills
