- The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for driving strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities within major U.S. cancer centers and clinics.
- This role involves structuring detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining clients, maximizing client-bill contracting opportunities, and implementing laboratory services agreements.
- The candidate will collaborate with various sales positions to ensure the successful attainment of company goals and objectives.
- Continuous analysis of the competitive landscape and monitoring sales performance will be key responsibilities.
- The role requires frequent travel (over 50%) throughout the territory to meet with clients and stakeholders.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences or business, with a B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing, and an MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with major cancer centers and clinics, as well as a proven track record in direct account management in a molecular diagnostic setting, is essential.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent negotiation and customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to engage with executive-level clients effectively.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary to continually assess the competitive landscape and provide valuable feedback to leadership.
