We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Management Specialist to join the Philips Dental Professional Sales Operations team. This role is pivotal in supporting sales, marketing, and operations teams through effective data management, reporting, and system integration. Your role includes inputting, updating, and maintaining data, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. Performing data cleaning, validation, and regular updates to maintain accurate data records. Conducting regular audits to identify, report, and resolve any data discrepancies or inconsistencies in data sets, CRM and sales systems.
You're the right fit if you've acquired 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Administrative Support or equivalent. Your skills include exceptional written, verbal, phone presentation skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent. You're able to manage your own work and accomplish objectives through others without supervision, have excellent time management, listening skills, effective problem-solving skills. You're highly detail oriented, patient and find satisfaction in keeping information clean and consistent. You don't mind repetitive tasks when you know accuracy makes a difference, and you're comfortable working with data in Excel or similar tools.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. (This is an office role.)
The hourly rate for this position in (Nashville, TN) is $25.42 to $40.67. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
