Position Overview: As part of the talented Brunswick – Venture Group team, the Director of Channel Sales will lead the sales department and manage all sales operations for the North American market. Their duties include developing sales department strategies, training staff and setting sales goals to ensure sales revenues meet or exceed overall goals to keep the company profitable.

Required Qualifications:
The pay range for this position is $129,500 to $219,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
