Key Component Sales Manager

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Key Component Sales Manager to drive both top- and bottom-line growth in our Processing business. In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to our customers and channels, delivering end-to-end system solutions while championing financial and commercial excellence. You'll work in a collaborative, global environment where your ideas matter and your growth is supported.

As a Key Component Sales Manager, you will:

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and aligning them with Tetra Pak's innovative product offerings.
  • Design tailored machine solutions based on customer specifications and production plans, while providing accurate and transparent cost estimates.
  • Oversee the full order lifecycle — from initial request to delivery — ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of sales promotion activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve our value proposition.
  • Prepare clear and concise internal reports and documentation to support business operations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships across Tetra Pak headquarters and with global suppliers, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and shared success.

We believe you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the food processing or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency in project coordination and managing multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
