The Processing Sales Manager role enabling the customer to take correct business decisions through knowledge sharing of new processing lines innovations and engineering solutions to improve customer productivity and efficiency using value selling approach.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for selling complete processing line solutions within liquid food processing categories (Dairy, Beverage, Cheese, Ice Cream, and Prepared food). With the objective of overall business growth and profitability of order intake and net sales, not only for existing accounts/key Accounts but, also bringing new business working together with BD packaging to ensure E2E approach for achieving market operation plan of future growth in certain categories.
  • Responsible for selling turnkey projects, processing lines, Standalone processing modules and Key components.
  • Building up existing customer base by introducing new customers in different categories to achieve sales targets.
  • Participate with customers in shows/exhibitions/events inside/outside Turkey.
  • Managing processing key components channels and ensure business growth.

We believe you have:

  • Account Team Management Experience
  • Experience in Cross-boundary teams (Customer, Project)
  • Food processing experience
  • Good stakeholders management
  • 5-7 years' experience in liquid food processing business
  • Good knowledge of English and Turkish
