How will you spend your day?

  1. Manage the Physician Roster, defining segmentation, targeting, and planning of medical visits to optimize sales force management.
  2. Develop and maintain the updated Physician Roster for the APM Supervisor and APM teams, including the portfolio of visits and distribution of physicians by territory.
  3. Update the information in the VEEVA CRM system, ensuring the correct management and availability of physician roster data for the sales force.
  4. Provide support to the sales force, controlling the delivery and distribution of medical samples according to the guidelines defined by Marketing (medical specialty and volume of prescriptions).
  5. Prepare operational reports from tools like QV and VEEVA, analyzing the information recorded by APMs on coverage, frequency, and sequence of visits.
  6. Track the performance of the sales force (Sales Reps Performance), evaluating effectiveness indicators, number of visits, and productivity.
  7. Develop and monitor KPIs of the area (QV Field Force) linked to investment and results obtained in medical congresses, segmented by physician, zone, and promotional action.
  8. Prepare analysis reports and return on investment (ROI) to evaluate commercial performance and support strategic decision-making.

Your skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Sales Force Management and Efficiency.
  • Business Intelligence and data analysis software.
  • Demand Analysis.
  • Product Positioning.
  • Product Life Cycle Management.
  • Knowledge of the commercial market in the pharmaceutical industry.
