The position is responsible for improving business efficiency by using data analysis and statistical modeling to identify problems, develop strategies and implement solutions to streamline processes. Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing operational data, developing reports and recommendations for management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in areas like supply chain, sales and finance.

• Data Analysis: Collect, organize and analyze large volumes of data, including sales figures, operational metrics, sale employee metrics and industry trends, to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and develop new strategies, policies and protocols to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve performance

• Talent Acquisition Onboarding: Included in the Onboarding Process of all Sales personnel to ensure they are loaded into TPS with all of their pertinent information in order for them to access TPS, Sales Force, Sales Advantage, Telephony Systems, etc.

• Reporting & Communication: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across different departments, such as sales, finance and IT, to implement and monitor new initiatives and process changes.

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Experience with Salesforce, Share Point, SQL and Tableau. • Knowledge of TPS systems • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical distribution company.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: • Understanding of high performing sales divisions and practices. • Experience in procurement and inventory management. • Effective oral and written communicator. • Effective problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities. • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Detail Oriented. • Due to the confidential nature of some financial details, discretion required.
