Sales Representative – Pest Control Services

A Star Plus Pest Control is a locally owned and growing company known for providing fast, reliable, and affordable pest management solutions throughout the DFW area. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our residential and commercial client base.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads for pest control services
• Conduct property inspections and provide customized pest control recommendations
• Prepare and present estimates and service agreements to customers
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience (home services, pest control, or similar field preferred)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
