Seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of 5–8 sales professionals. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing team performance, and working closely with other sales managers across the organization to ensure alignment with company objectives. The position will be reporting and working closely with the sales manager to ensure business development.

Location: Onsite in Spring, TX, less than 5% travel required.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring, TX.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
