Coach employees and provide regular feedback to provide role priority accountability (i.e. sales/deal execution, forecast accuracy, strong problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to innovate and analyze alternatives)
Build a world class SAAS cloud partner ecosystem
Execute on the sales strategy, including communicating goals, tracking performance, and striving to constantly improve outcomes
Partner with Peers, Marketing, L&D, Care, Ops - optimizing the cross-team relationships to drive outcomes
Support the execution of a multi-year sales strategy in partnership with the leadership team, including contributing to creation of short-term and long-term strategic objectives
Grow incremental sales through management of sales incentives/contests and contingency levers
Managing day-to-day operations; number of calls, lead strategy, pipeline management, meetings conducted
Provide continuous support, sales coaching and training that builds skill of all employees
Conduct talent review sessions and drive a productive, year-round performance management culture, being clear on performance expectations, initiative prioritization, goals, and results
Collaborate across Intuit to share and learn best practices to continue to drive growth and to implement process improvement
Quickly test new ideas, using our innovation practices, combining data and insight to learn and innovate rapidly
Lead organization through change as required and help the team respond to change
Help remove barriers, acting as an escalation point when needed to help solve or triage
Own the plan for the team's success and contribute to the organization's vision
Build high performing team and demonstrate ability to implement execution strategies to effectively manage, coach and balance both team/individual goals
