Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Looking for someone in the DFW area.

Duties:

• Conduct retail sales and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Perform cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Manage accounts by maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Execute technical sales presentations and product demos to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
• Develop territory sales strategies to maximize market penetration and achieve sales goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Skills:

• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong skills in cold calling, account management, and territory sales are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to make informed decisions that drive sales performance.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
