Essential Job Functions:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in leadership roles related to products and offerings.
• Proficiencies in strategic planning, product development, and market analysis.
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications, such as Agile or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $119,900 - $222,700. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
