Citizens is seeking a dynamic TS Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our Treasury Solutions sales strategy across Middle Market and Large Corporate clients. Take full ownership of regional sales performance, financial targets, and the development of a high-performing team. Shape and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborating with senior Commercial Banking leaders and cross-functional partners to drive business growth. Mentor and inspire a talented group of Treasury Relationship Managers, Sales Associates, and Account Managers—cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Engage directly with sophisticated clients, delivering consultative, advisory solutions that optimize working capital and fuel their success.
Proven track record over a minimum of 8 years in sales leadership within Commercial Banking, Treasury, or Payments. Deep expertise in Cash Management, Commercial Card, and Trade Finance solutions. Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and lead senior sales teams. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic influencing skills. Experience managing teams serving Middle Market and Large Corporate clients. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus). Professional certifications such as CTP or CFA.
Hours per Week: 40. Work Schedule: M-F. Hybrid in at least one of the following locations: PA, OH, MI, TX.
