As a Wealth Banking Regional Sales Manager within PNC's Wealth Management organization, you will be based in any PNC office location. The location may not be listed. Job Description

• Manages and directs a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
• Leads and coordinates the daily activities of team members engaged in customer and/or prospect management activities.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients.
• Manages effective network of senior internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients.
• Develops team members while monitoring progress against individual goals.
• Coaches team members on skills needed to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk.

Qualifications

• Competencies: Conflict Management, Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Management, Selling.
• Work Experience: Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is required.
• Education: Bachelors. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
• Certifications: FINRA Series 7, 24 (or 9,10) and 66 (or 63,65) required.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $100,000.00 – $190,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education.
