What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for potential customers across the region
• Engage with C-level executives at Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies
• Communicate Thales' value proposition across multiple verticals
• Drive qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
• Use tools like Salesforce.com and sales engagement platforms to manage outreach and pipeline data
• Collaborate with marketing to support targeted campaigns and account-based strategies
• Contribute directly to pipeline growth and long-term customer relationships

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales (SaaS or cybersecurity experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills – clear, confident, and persuasive
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and prospecting tools
• Team spirit, adaptability, and a goal-oriented mindset
• An understanding of B2B sales cycles and qualification methodologies
