The Sales Manager, Airspace Mobility Solutions – Canada is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in support of the growth strategy for the Airspace Mobility Solutions (AMS) business line. This role focuses on both new and existing customers—including NAV CANADA, the Canadian Department of National Defence, provincial governments, and emerging mobility stakeholders such as drone and Advanced Aerial Mobility (AAM) operators—through direct and indirect sales channels.
The Sales Manager will drive territory growth and profitability by building strong relationships, expanding the customer base, and developing a robust pipeline of opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, capable of managing a large portfolio while balancing the needs of multiple active accounts and prospects. This role operates in close collaboration with global AMS teams and Thales NORAM stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to propose sound solutions to complex challenges coupled with fluency in French.

Travel: Travel to customer sites and industry trade shows/events in Canada and US as required; potentially one annual outside NORAM region for internal training/teambuilding – 25-50% travel expected

The reference Total Target Compensation(TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) 116,610.00 - 277,437.75 CAD Annual
