Our Opportunity
As we continue to scale, we're looking for a driven, results‑focused Regional Sales Manager to strengthen our IAM Core Business. In this role, you'll own key Digital Banking Device accounts and accelerate revenue through smart cross‑sell and up‑sell across our full IAM portfolio. You'll work closely with marketing, sales engineering, and professional services to hit ambitious targets, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to expand our presence within priority digital banking accounts. The ideal candidate is a seasoned IT security sales professional who thrives in fast‑growing environments and knows how to drive strategy while delivering results. They bring a strong track record in complex enterprise sales - particularly within Banking and Financial Services - paired with deep knowledge of IAM, cybersecurity, and digital banking technologies. They excel at building senior‑level relationships, navigating full sales cycles with confidence, and collaborating across marketing, engineering, and services teams to accelerate growth. With sharp commercial instincts and the ability to spot and convert new opportunities, they're someone who consistently elevates account performance and market presence.
