Your Role

As the Territory Sales Manager – Data Security, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Thales' Data Security portfolio across your assigned territory, driving new business, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle from pre-sales collaboration through to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring revenue, margin and pipeline targets are achieved while expanding strategic enterprise accounts.

This role plays a critical part in achieving Order Intake (OI) and growth objectives across the sales perimeter.

• Proven experience in enterprise or technology sales within cybersecurity or data security environments
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop financial and commercial offers
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong negotiation and closing capability
• Resilience and adaptability within high-performance sales environments
• Strong listening skills and ability to tailor solutions to customer needs
• Experience contributing to commercial strategies, executive proposals and forecasting activities
• Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, bids, finance, legal and operational teams
• Track record of meeting or exceeding Order Intake (OI) and revenue targets
