✨ About The Role
- The Project Management Officer (PMO) will be responsible for managing sales data to ensure consistency with financial operations.
- This role involves tracking the signature workflow for Order Intake approval and initiating project/opportunity creation.
- The PMO will generate reporting from the CRM tool and prepare regular communications for the B&P community.
- The position requires a focus on process improvement from capture to project delivery.
- The PMO will report directly to the Head of Project Management Office, contributing to the overall project lifecycle delivery.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in a Sales support function or a PMO position within an international and technically demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and agility with the Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint and SharePoint, is essential for success in this role.
- Strong analytical skills are required to interpret sales data and identify areas for process improvement.
- The candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey information to cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in French (and/or Dutch) and English is mandatory, enabling effective communication in a multilingual environment.
