Thales Pre-Sales Team Opportunity

Thales UK is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our Pre-Sales team for our Identity and Access Management portfolio. This position involves working closely with the Workforce IAM sales team to meet partner and customer needs for our solutions. It requires a blend of soft and technical skills, and collaboration with other IAM Pre-Sales consultants and product management.

Understanding of Identity, Access Management, and Cryptography is crucial. While experience in data protection and cyber security is beneficial, Thales is committed to providing the necessary knowledge and training for your day-to-day work.

Your role will involve gathering information from prospects to understand their needs, participating in the Proof-of-Concept phase, and providing hands-on assistance and advice on configuration or customization of our solutions.

The position is based in the United Kingdom, near London, with expected travel to French speaking territories approximately 50% of the time. If you are interested in a role that challenges you to learn and thrive in a technology environment, Thales could be the perfect fit.

Experience Required:

  • Fluent in French
  • Experience with Identity Protection, Authentication solutions, or other Identity Management and Security products
  • Skilled in presenting to both management and technical personnel
  • Experience authoring technical documents
  • Understanding of Cryptography and Security concepts
  • Familiarity with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Remote Access, VPN, Microsoft Certificate Services, Active Directory Federation Services, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft EntraID, Microsoft365, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Understanding of APIs and their implementation
  • Knowledge of enterprise organization structures and security technology needs
  • Understanding of compliances like GDPR, PCIDSS, PSD2, or eIDAS
  • Hands on experience in technically presenting solutions
  • Experience with Value Added Distributors or Value-Added Resellers
  • Knowledge of other languages
