✨ About The Role
- This role involves providing pre-sales technical support for all Thales IAM products and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- The consultant will utilize consultative selling skills to understand customer requirements and assess feasibility and associated risks.
- Responsibilities include preparing technical workflows, responses to RFPs and RFIs, and delivering tailored solution presentations and product demonstrations.
- The position requires analyzing customer operations to identify business directions and application requirements, offering solutions that align with their technical goals.
- The consultant will also partner with Product Management to evaluate and recommend product enhancements based on market needs and customer feedback.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, or Professional Services roles with a customer-facing focus.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of cryptography and hands-on experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to engage with diverse audiences from technical teams to executive stakeholders.
- The candidate should possess strong presentation skills and be able to handle solution validation and manage objections confidently.
