- The Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales of specific products while meeting profitability and margin targets set by management. - The role involves understanding the market, competition, and evolving customer needs to develop business strategies. - Participation in product presentations, trade shows, seminars, and conferences is expected. - The candidate will create sales arguments and marketing plans in collaboration with the Product Manager to assess the marketing mix. - Organizing and conducting client prospecting activities to identify tender opportunities is a key responsibility. - The Sales Manager will analyze quotes and coordinate the preparation of offers in collaboration with the Technical Manager. - Defining communication strategies for products and managing related budgets will be part of the role. - The position requires interaction and negotiation with clients, as well as participation in analyzing funding opportunities for R&D projects. - The candidate will also conduct customer satisfaction surveys and work closely with Project and Product Managers.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics or a technical field, or equivalent experience. - A strong interest in the aerospace and telecommunications sectors is essential, particularly in selling electronic components for satellites. - Candidates should possess significant experience in a technical sales role or be an electronics engineer looking to transition into sales. - Proficiency in financial concepts related to sales is necessary, along with strong Excel skills. - The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, business acumen, and natural persuasive abilities. - Adaptability and the ability to build a network of contacts both internally and externally are crucial. - A results-driven mindset with a focus on solutions and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively is important. - Resilience in navigating long sales cycles and excellent communication skills are key attributes for success in this role.
