✨ About The Role
- The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for business development and sales results in Central & Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
- The role involves penetrating new accounts and creating a sales pipeline.
- Establishing effective professional relationships with key prospect executives is a key responsibility.
- The TSM will work in the field, visiting or meeting prospects remotely to generate new business opportunities.
- New business quotas will be assigned for developing new accounts, and pipeline creation and sales targets will be measured periodically.

- The ideal candidate will have a university degree or equivalent education.
- A minimum of 3 years of complex sales experience in the software or IT industry is required.
- The candidate should possess a consultative sales approach and value-based selling skills.
- Experience in hunting, prospecting, and cold calling is essential for this role.
- The successful individual will have a proven track record of building relationships with prospects and customers at the management level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to confidently present proposals.
- The candidate should have market knowledge of the tech industry in Eastern Europe.
