Sales Manager- Job Duties:

• Sales Manager makes sure monthly sales goals are met.
• Plan and participate in special events as needed.
• Sales Manager manages their staff from hiring, scheduling, and any discipline needed.
• Establish and conduct weekly sales meeting to include training for sales staff.

Sales Manager- Qualifications:

• Sales Manager should have at least one year in a managerial sales position, 2-3 years preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales Manager must be able to motivate their team to ensure goals are met.
