What You'll Do:

  • Maintain a heavy focus on researching and contacting new organizations that align with The Classic Center's target markets, with emphasis on associations, corporate events, and sports/arena business
  • Build relationships and engage with a diverse range of customers
  • Support the sales team with promotional materials, scheduling, and administrative tasks
  • Manage client communications and ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to handoff
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in our sales systems
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members on internal processes
  • Participate in networking activities and represent The Classic Center in the community
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and exceed sales targets
