Illuminati Labs, America's leader in cellular DAS and Public Safety ERRCS integration, is seeking a driven Commissioned Salesperson to join our nationwide team. This is a full-cycle sales role designed for self-starters who thrive on building relationships, generating opportunities, and closing deals. You'll own your book of business, prospect new clients, and collaborate with building owners, general contractors, and electrical contractors to deliver cutting-edge connectivity solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage a pipeline of prospects, strategic accounts, and partners.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and networking to open conversations and generate opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, and building owners.
  • Navigate bid processes and present proposals that align with client needs and project goals.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with clients to negotiate and secure contracts.
  • Support project delivery to ensure a seamless, top-tier customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress against sales goals.
  • Respond quickly to client needs and resolve issues with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales (wireless, telecom, construction technology, or related industries preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • History of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Proficiency in outbound prospecting via calls, email, and networking.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to prepare professional customer-facing proposals and presentations.

Valued Experience:

  • Selling to general contractors and electrical contractors.
  • Managing complex construction bid processes.
  • Securing and growing strategic accounts.
  • Experience in healthcare sector sales is a plus.

Schedule

  • Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Location

  • Remote-based position with nationwide sales territory.
  • Must reside near a major U.S. airport for occasional travel.
