The Exterior Company (TEC) is expanding our in-home sales team in Connecticut! We're looking for driven, high-energy sales professionals to connect homeowners with TEC's premium services—primarily roofing, and occasionally siding and gutters.

What You'll Do:

• Attend Pre-Set Appointments: No cold calling—meet with qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest.
• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Perform roof inspections and deliver tailored product presentations.
• Present Solutions: Use our digital tools to share customized packages, pricing, and financing options.
• Close Sales: Help homeowners invest in their property and earn top-tier commissions in the process.

What You Can Expect

• Paid Training: $500 per week for 5 weeks, designed to prepare you to succeed.
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 bonus paid out in addition to training pay plus additional monthly bonuses and fuel reimbursement
• Pre-Qualified Leads: You'll work with scheduled appointments—no cold outreach.
• Tech-Enabled Sales Tools: Streamline your sales process with our customized software.

• Comfortable with in-home consultations and physical tasks (ladder climbing, attic/crawlspace inspection)
• Available for afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments
• Equipped with a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
