- The Sales Executive will manage a designated pipeline and make outbound calls to prospective customers. - Responsibilities include negotiating terms, including rates and margins, and closing new business deals. - The role involves consultatively positioning TheFork's distribution platform and value proposition to potential clients. - The candidate will engage with prospective customers appropriately to their needs and modify engagement strategies to overcome objections. - Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets is a key expectation for this position. - Collaboration with sales operations, supplier support, and account management teams is essential to ensure a smooth sales cycle. - The role may require travel to attend trade events, participate in regional speaking engagements, and attend internal team meetings as needed. - The candidate should exhibit determination and resilience in the face of obstacles or challenges. - Engaging with destination marketing organizations and other trade groups to win customers is also part of the job.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within an online company. - A native Portuguese speaker with a good level of English is essential for this role. - Experience in the restaurant or F&B distribution to HORECA channels is preferred, particularly in outbound sales activities. - Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills are crucial for success in this position. - The candidate should have a proven record of contracting new business and regularly exceeding sales targets. - Territory and pipeline management experience using Salesforce or another CRM tool is required. - A results-driven hunter mentality with a relentless drive to sign up new customers is necessary. - The candidate should be a proven self-starter with the ability to deliver on initiatives without constant supervision. - Confidence, energy, flexibility, and adaptability are important traits for thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
