We're looking for a bold, high-performing VP, E-Commerce Sales to join our Sales Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, this leader will drive Honest's e-commerce and omnichannel strategy across our digital retail footprint, with a core focus on Amazon, while scaling growth across key partners like Target, Walmart, Costco, Thrive, iHerb, and Instacart.
This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly. You're someone who operates with a high degree of autonomy, is energized by complexity, and is deeply collaborative. You know how to inspire cross-functional teams and your own organization, and you're not afraid to dig into the details to ensure excellence in execution.
You'll lead and develop a high-performing e-commerce team while partnering closely with marketing, supply chain, media agencies, and our sales leaders. You'll also be a key contributor to raising our digital IQ across the organization—educating, influencing, and elevating Honest's omnichannel execution company-wide.

The pay range for this role is $202K - $250K. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total rewards package for this position may also include base, annual incentive plan, benefits, retirement plan, equity, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
