Commercial Sales Representative - College Station

Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group, is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to drive business development and execute account-specific sales strategies for the Commercial HVAC team in the Bryan-College Station area. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting continued market growth. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, results-oriented, and possesses strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive commercial HVAC service growth within the assigned territory in Bryan/College Station.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Selling HVAC service solutions, including preventative maintenance agreements, repair services, and other commercial and Industrial HVAC offerings to building owners and facility leaders
  • Utilize internal and external resources to develop and drive Energy reduction projects utilizing ROI strategies
  • Grow and retain existing maintenance agreement customers while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand operational needs and provide consultative HVAC solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline activity, forecasts, and account details within company systems
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide updates regarding sales activity, pipeline development, and territory progress
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and service teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and project execution
  • Represent Hunton Services professionally while promoting our culture, values, and service capabilities within the marketplace

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably within commercial HVAC, building services, mechanical services, facilities, construction services, or related industries
  • Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and service agreements is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage long-term customer relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and CRM platforms
  • Valid Texas Driver's License with acceptable driving record (no violations within the past 3 years)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience selling commercial HVAC service work and maintenance agreements or mechanical service solutions in Bryan/College Station.
  • Experience working with commercial building operators and key stakeholders, including facilities, property management, education, healthcare, and government sectors, preferred.
  • Understanding commercial building operations and preventative maintenance programs.
