The Assistant Group Sales Manager, Tourism will be an essential team member for the Group Sales Box Office team, providing both customer service to a portfolio of clients while also developing new business opportunities within the tourism and travel segment. This role will also support and assist in managing the sales and customer service team.
$29.00/hour + commission

The Assistant Group Sales Manager will assist with supervising group sales staff in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

3+ years of experience in customer service and driving tourism and travel sales, group sales, or sales in a related field (required.)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, partnerships, design, insights, operations, fulfillment, and customer service.
Exceptional communication skills to engage leadership, external partners, and key stakeholders.
Position is based in the New York City office and is currently 4 days in-office, 1 day-remote, subject to change.
Schedule can include time outside of standard business hours.
Travel is Required, seasonally and up to 40% of schedule.
Must have a valid passport.
