What's the job?

• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email
• Prepare and enter quotes and sales orders into internal systems
• Deliver personalized support to maintain strong client relationships
• Handle shared phone responsibilities across the team
• Assist with occasional shop-related tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized records in ERP systems

What's needed?

• Experience in a customer-facing or Inside Sales Representative role
• Proven ability to build relationships beyond transactional interactions
• Familiarity with quoting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook 365 and ERP platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with adaptability
