- The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for sales forecasting and execution of sales targets.
- This role involves the implementation of sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- The candidate will be required to submit all prescribed reports, including daily sales reports and monthly/quarterly MIS.
- Identifying new key accounts and distributors/channel partners will be a key responsibility.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in science, preferably in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related Biosciences.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales of laboratory consumables is required for this role.
- The successful candidate will be results-oriented, self-motivated, and possess strong interpersonal skills to achieve sales goals consistently.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of customers and internal teams are essential.
