- The ideal candidate should have equivalent experience within Life Sciences, with a preference for a BSc, Master, or PhD. - A strong drive to achieve sales goals and a motivation to meet targets is essential for success in this role. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with customers and team members. - The ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to detail is crucial in a fast-paced sales environment. - Flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environment is important for this position. - Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required. - Fluency in both English and Italian is necessary to communicate with a diverse customer base. - Previous business experience in sales or any customer-facing role within the Life Science industry is advantageous.
