- The Regional Sales Manager will drive growth for the Chemical Analysis Division’s Environmental & Process Monitoring business in Southern and Eastern Europe.
- The role involves collaborating with direct and indirect customers to maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining Go-To-Market plans in collaboration with the local Channel Manager is a key responsibility.
- The candidate will need to understand competitors' strengths and vulnerabilities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Creativity in closing deals based on a 'must-win' mentality is essential for success in this role.
- The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, or Poland.

- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, with advanced degrees preferred.
- The role requires at least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing indirect teams or distribution.
- Strong technical knowledge of the chemical and/or environmental industry is essential.
- The ideal candidate will possess a "hunter" attitude, demonstrating the ability to prospect new business.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English, are necessary for this position.
- The ability to travel over 50% of the time across the assigned territory is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial for managing sales opportunities effectively.
