- The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) field.
- This role involves independently prioritizing and managing opportunities to increase sales productivity.
- The representative will leverage CRM tools to move opportunities through the sales process and provide accurate forecasting and data analysis.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Medical, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Bioengineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience is required, with a preference for candidates having over 5 years in sales, product marketing, or scientific application in the medical device or diagnostics field.
- Fluency in Korean and intermediate or above skills in English are essential for effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
- The successful candidate will possess strong customer awareness and the ability to manage opportunities and pipeline effectively to drive sales productivity.
- Experience in developing strategies to displace or protect against competition based on market understanding is crucial.
