- The ideal candidate should possess a university degree or equivalent, preferably a PhD or similar research experience in materials science, metallurgy, or related fields. - A strong understanding of Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) products and technology, along with hands-on experience, is essential for success in this role. - Candidates should demonstrate a passion for electron microscopy and materials science, showcasing their enthusiasm for the field. - Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English are crucial, enabling the candidate to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in academia and industry is vital for understanding their needs and driving success. - A proactive and energetic mindset, along with a willingness to tackle new challenges in a sales environment, will contribute to the candidate's effectiveness. - The candidate should be willing to travel up to 60%, primarily within the APAC region, to engage with customers and attend relevant events.
