✨ About The Role
- This role is part of the Chemical Analysis Division and reports to the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations.
- The Sales Operations Analyst will support the North America and EMEA regions by managing variable sales compensation for sales teams.
- Responsibilities include calculating, analyzing, and reporting on sales compensation, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- The role involves designing sales compensation plans for various levels of the commercial team, from Sales Account Manager to Sales Director.
- The analyst will be responsible for distributing Annual Sales Incentive Plans and calculating quarterly incentive compensation payouts.
- The position requires collaboration with sales, finance, and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate compensation reporting.
- The analyst will generate internal documentation on compensation plans and handle employee inquiries related to compensation.
- Ad-hoc reporting and preparing presentations for senior leadership are also key responsibilities of this role.

- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or accounting is required, along with equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have over three years of strong analytical experience in financial planning, business analysis, or compensation reporting.
- Proficiency in Xactly Incent or a similar Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) system is essential for success in this role.
- Strong financial acuity and familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis are necessary skills.
- The candidate should be highly analytical, organized, and capable of managing large sets of data to produce accurate reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial for conveying analysis and recommendations effectively.
