- The Sales Training Manager will independently develop and implement sales training programs with minimal oversight.
- This role involves collaborating proactively with marketing, operations, commercialization, and sales teams to identify training needs and gaps.
- The candidate will design, implement, and measure a global multiphase onboarding training process for sales and sales leaders.
- The position requires delivering training at international, national, and regional sales meetings.
- The role may involve international travel up to 20% overnight, so flexibility is necessary.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred in fields such as Sales, Healthcare, Business, Management, Education, or Communications.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the diagnostic, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and/or medical device sales industries is required.
- The candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in sales training development and delivery to a global audience.
- Strong verbal and written proficiency in English is essential, with bilingual skills in German or French being a plus.
- The successful individual will have a solid understanding of adult learning theory and blended learning approaches.
