Job Overview

As a Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting maintenance contracts, inspections, and campaign products for the analytical and measurement instruments manufactured and sold by our company.

Job Description

• Conduct promotional administrative tasks for maintenance contracts, inspections, and campaign products to dealers and customers.
• Respond to inquiries from dealers and customers via phone and email.
• Our customers are primarily pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial manufacturers nationwide in Japan.

Required Experience and Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external team members, both directly and indirectly.
• A background in chemistry, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• General knowledge of PC usage.
• Possession of a standard driver's license and regular driving experience.
• Ability to explain concepts logically and clearly to customers.
• Business skills.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Experience as a service engineer or application support for analytical instruments.
• Work experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial manufacturing or research institutions, with experience using analytical instruments.
