Position Summary

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a business seeding team with the spirit of an entrepreneur, backed by the resources of a high-growth company. As the seeding team leader, you will have complete ownership of our growth within the strategic Biotech market. Leveraging deep industry insight and sales leadership, you will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, build and manage seeding team, and be directly responsible for the team's sales quota and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze customer needs and formulate a clear GTM strategy.
  • Explore and validate the most effective sales models to build a long-term, sustainable business in the vertical.
  • Own and cascade the team's target, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain a rigorous and accurate sales forecast and provide data-driven management of the funnel.
  • Provide continuous coaching on advanced sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights to develop your team members into top-tier sales professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions to align resources and deliver integrated solutions to our customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent. 8-10 years of commercial experience in Bioprocessing industry, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in the full scope of sales management, including target setting, funnel management, forecasting, and performance coaching.
  • Strategic thinking and be able to identify opportunities and move strategy to actions.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and align priorities with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Data driven analytical capability and be resilient under ambiguity and uncertain market dynamics.
