About the Role
We're looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our vibrant thrift store team. As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, creating a welcoming store environment, and helping generate the surplus that supports our local mission work. You'll assist with everything from engaging with customers and processing donations, to merchandising and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys working with people from all walks of life, and wants their work to make a meaningful difference. Reporting to the Thrift Shop Manager, this is a casual position, based in Horsham, VIC. Compensation is in accordance with the General Retail Award Level 3.
