Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Prospect for new sales opportunities, develop a pipeline, & closes opportunity or may not execute renewal contracts.
- Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities and passes them to an appropriate resource.
- Hit or exceed your monthly and annual targets and maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your YTD goals.
- Work closely with the Sales Representatives assigned to you to align prospecting strategies and coordinate efforts with Training, Marketing, and Account Management teams.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using a structured outbound sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities within CRM and sales tools.
- Develop strong product knowledge to clearly articulate business value to US-based customers.
About You
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of B2B work experience in prospecting, sales, lead generation or preferred experience in software/SaaS market.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and influence over the phone, email and video
- Strong interpersonal skills (personable and professional)
- Ability to handle and overcome objections with confidence
- Comfort working in quota-driven and KPI-based environments
- Commitment to a schedule that coincides with the customer's workday
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate software programs, including CRM systems and tools.
- Previous experience working with the US market (preferable but not mandatory)
